Spotify recognising me as someone else on my iPhone

My friend recently purchased an iPhone 7 and she has spotify but not the premium account. She has an activation code to enable premium (its part of a mobile plan she signed up which provides you free premium upgrade). So every time she enters the code and spotify asks to login either username and password or via Facebook. When she clicks on facebook login it automatically shows my profile and asks continue logging in. 

I have checked the face book app in settings menu and logged out and logged in as her own facebook account. I have never logged in via Facebook on her phone and when she tries to activate her premium she cant log in via FB. When she tries to sign up via email, it again says email is in use. She does not use spotify on her desktop pc.

Please help!!!

It's odd that this happens. Is the same occurring from a desktop? If so, it's possible she has two accounts.
