Hi everyone!

I've got a small problem with my Spotify account: recently, I can't play any song 'cause Spotify shows me a message in which he tells me that my account has been suspended as it's already in use in another place.

At the beginning, I ignored it, but every time Spotify stops my songs this annoying message pops out.

I don't have a Premium account, just a standard one, and don't succeed in solving it.

I've been searching for similar problems in the community, but it seems no one has ever had this kinda issue.

Can anyone help me, please?

I attach you the message which appears (it's in Italian, but I translated it in English).

Thanks for your answer, but I've already found out where the problem was:
currently I'm logged in on my computer and on my tablet, but now another person has got my tablet and she's listening to music with it.
At the same time, I was listening to music with my computer, so Spotify showed me that message, telling me that my account was already in use in another place.
In the end, you can't use the same account at the same time on different devices.

Yes, spotify is licenced for persona use and only one stream is allowed at a time.

If you ever need to boot someone else off your account, you can do it via the Sign Out Everywhere button on your online account just FYI. 😉

yes i guessed it may be that - BUT i am using it off line - my wife was at home using it normally. I downloaded lots of playlists etc to listen while on holiday and it has stopped me doing that via my off line device??
