Spotify won't log me in

The other day I was having problems with Spotify telling me I was offline. After being 100% sure I was online, I uninstalled it and re-installed. Now, whenever I put in my login information it goes grey and just sits there. I can still click settings, close, reset password, etc. but it never logs me in whether I put in the right or wrong information. I can still use the app fine, but not desktop. I also have no Facebook to try with and clicking the 'Log in with Facebook' button does nothing.

It would help to know what type of device you're using, as well as the version of the operating system/Spotify!

Maybe from there we can figure this out 🙂

I open my Spotify app and I put me in the log in screen so I put my account info in and it says there was something wrong so I go on my pc to recover my password and it says my email is not connected to a Spotify account even though if I check my email I have some from Spotify

From the way you described things, I'm thinking there's an attempted breach. It's best you contact the Spotify support team right away to secure your account and further help you with other issues.
