So i just checked my back account and noticed that i have two transactions comming from Spotify this month. One for my montly subscription and one for something called "U.K., Spotifyglobal/r"?. The amount of money is only reserved but i would still like to know what this is.

Anyone know what it is?

I can only see one set of payments per month on your account and the 'U.K., Spotifyglobal/r' does not sound like one of our transaction ID (although they do change).  Could you please contact our support team via this link?  They will then check this out for you.

It's worth getting in touch with support using the link above and they can check your payment history for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
