Starred songs

Hello.I have Spotify Premium,and I used to buy music to my shuffle.But this time I couldnt get them to my buying lis,t.the songs stays at  the starred list. How can I get them to my shuffle?

Unfortunately, the download store has been removed from Spotify in all countries as they aim to focus more on streaming, although they have said they haven't ruled out its return in the future. For the time being, you will need to find an alternative source for downloads.
