Still getting advertisements after buying premium

Hello Spotify

I just bought spotify premium Im now able to listen offline from my mobile device but I still get advertisements on my computer.

Clcik File - Log out. Then log in back!

This didn't do it for me.  I'm still getting ads after clicking file, logging out then logging back in several times.  Any other tips?

At least you get to listen to something lol they just took my money and ran. i paid for premium and every time i go to stream something it says I require a premium subscription. Guess their must be some super premium subscription i missed. I all ways fall for scams lol

I'm having a similar issue. Just got/signed up for the 30 day free trial of the premium, to see if i wanted to buy it after it was over, and yet it continues to tell me I dont have a premium account, in the app it self, but my profile online shows it as a premium account. It still has the ads, as well as it won't let me click the option to Stream high quality ( which the the main reason I wanted to try/get premium outside of my phone access). I have tried logging off/back in, to no avail. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. 

The Phone app is working fine, the issue just seems to be on my computer.

nbrodie - I've just taken a look at your account and it seems that your account is currently only on the free version of Spotify.

Did you receive a new payment card recently? You may need to update your payment details over at the subscription page on your account - https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

I took the 30 day premium trial for Spotify but the accoutn didn't actually upgrade and I still had advertising for the full month. I have now started being charged and am about to charged for my second payment yet I am still getting advertising.

Can someone help me please?

Dear Spotify,

I have the same problem. I thought getting premium would get rid of all these anoying advertisements but unfortunatly they keep on coming. I tried logging of. I uninstalled Spotify on my laptop and reinstalled it again. But the adverstisements still bug me.

It says active spotify premium.
