Strange Creditcard payment

Hello, I recently made the mistake of creating an extra account for my Spotify. This account was removed succesfully some months ago  but I have now received a withdrawal from my creditcard that should not be there. I suspect that this withdrawal might be from the removed account as I usually pay with paypal. My paypal account is not linked to the creditcard in question.

As this is a payment query, you will need to get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. Don't worry, they won't leave you out of pocket.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
