Student Discount Not Working

I followed the instructions described on this help page: https://support.spotify.com/us/problems/#!/article/can-I-get-the-us-student-discount-if-i-have-premi...

but I never got the page from step 4 where it asks for my college, spotify goes directly to my account screen. How can I sign up for the student account while on the three-month trial so I don't get charge $10 when it runs out?

Sorry for the trouble! There is currently a glitch with the student discount page for some people. The website team is still trying to fix it.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Same problem here. The student support page never appears for me, I just receive a blank browser screen or a '502 bad gateway' message. I've contacted support and will wait to hear back.
