Yeah, Boston University.
Thanks!
I have good news and bad news... Good news is that you are definitely eligible through your institution! Bad news is that currently there is a bug with the verification process of the student discount. You need to contact Spotify directly via the online contact form and tell them you'd like to obtain the student discount. Also be sure to add a link to this topic and they should be able to get you verified. If you receive a no-reply email directing you back to the community, just reply to it and you will be connected with an agent that will be more than happy to assist you! If you have any trouble with contacting them, reply with your case number and I'll escalate it. 🙂
Hey there @graywolf242, welcome to the community!
What country are you located in? Different regions have different terms, so I want to make sure I give you all the details correctly! 🙂
Hey, thanks for the help, I'm in the US.

No problem, I'm happy to help! 🙂
The student discount is available only to students at US Title IV accredited institutions in the United States. What's the name the graduate school you are attending so I can double check your institution is along those lines? 🙂
Yeah, Boston University.
Thanks!

I'll get to work then! Thanks for all the help!
Hi, I have been having a similar problem to the OP with the student discount. I am a graduate student at an accredited US university, and when I put in my information (name, birthdate, school), I get the following error message:
I have sent this question in the Online contact form, but is there anything else I can do?
Thanks!
