Student Discount is not working

Hi I signed up to Spotify paying 11.99 a month but then cancelled my subscription to then sign up as a student dicount. I was approved by the student SHEERID section.  When I put in my cc and chose that option an error message comes up with you have already used that voucher. It is extremely fustrating as I cannot talk to anyone I have submitted several emails and no reply. I finally spoke to someone about it last month and they gave me a month for free for the hassel. Can someone plse help me work this out so I dont have to listen to ads !  thank you I have also contact SHEERID but i have not heard from anyone
