Student Discount not Working

So I have recieved an email that told me my student deal was going to expire Christmas day and I look at my payments today and it has charged me the regular amount for premuium today while the rest where the student discounted in the past. I have tried re-entering all of my card info and its saying that the page has expired or some code isnt right when ive entered everything correctly. When I enter my student and school information correctly it says the same thing, the page keeps expireing or some code is not correct when everything is. I am a junior at this College and have been here for the full 3 years and it worked for my last subscrption so i dont know why it is not wokring now. This is very frustrating and I don't want to pay $10 a month for this when i can be getting a student discount.
