Student Discount not applying

Student Discount not applying

I activated the student discount at http://spotify.com/student and it told me all was good, but when I got to manage my subscription it still says I'll be billed for the usual $10 for the upcoming month, and I see no way of checking to make sure that I'll be billed at the discounted student rate. Is there any way for me to manually check or change this?

I'm sorry to see that you're having trouble with our student discount. Please get in touch using our online form and one of our advisors will be happy to help fix this for you. If you receive an autoresponse, just send an email directly in reply and someone will be in touch shortly.

Then follow the links to resubscribe using the student discount.
