Hey there,

Can someone tell me why this issue keeps happening on my account when I try to change from Premium to Student discount? I contacted both Spotify and my bank but I still haven't gotten any clue to slove it yet.

It seems the system was unable to process your payment. Does your payment card meet these requirements: https://support.spotify.com/problems/#!/article/I-cannot-activate-the-30-day-free-trial-credit-debit...? If so, we’d recommend reaching out to your bank for more info.
