Student Pricing-- Error?

Hi everyone,

I submitted supporting documentation to recieve spotify premium at student pricing, and was accepted. However, when I click the link in the email to return to spotify to claim the offer, it says that "it seems [I am] not qualified to purchase the product I am attempting to purchase" and I am unable to change to student pricing. When I try to submit the documentation again, I cannot go to the screen that would allow me to apply for the student price, and am instead redirected to my account overview page. Any reason this might happen? And is there anything I can do to change it?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they can look into this in a little more detail for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
