Student Subscription Cancelled without Notification

I purshased a student subscription last year around this time, and spotify took that away and began to charge me the full price for premium.  However, I am still a student and will be for another couple of years.  How do I get my student subscription back?  When I tried to, it said I was not eligible however, I am.  Please help with any advice!  Thank you!

Hi,

The $9.99 recurring was still active and that is why the student price could not be added.  I have stopped the renewal, so you should now be able to add your student discount and restart the $4.99 plan.
