Student discount but I already have Preimum

Hello,

I have just signed up for Premium, and have only just found out that I cant get student discount with my NUS card. Where can I apply this discount? I tried the website's suggestion of using: https://www.spotify.com/uk/student/ 

But when I click on NUS it just takes me to my overview page. Any further advice?

I think you have to cancel your current subscription before you sign up for the student discount subscription.

You can do that here:

https://www.spotify.com/accounts/subscription/

(don't worry, if you cancel your subscription you still get to keep the remaining time period)

If you still have problems , I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and see what is going on:

If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.
