Hi, I used to use spotify years ago and I want to take advantage of the unidays £4.99 a month offer, but when I try it says this isn't available at the moment and i'm not sure why? I tried doing the student upgrade months ago and it said the same thing and after being reminded of this great promo i still can't use it..

I can't see why it wouldn't let you subscribe, the offer is definitely still valid. I suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and see if they can lend a hand to get you set up manually. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
