Student subscription

I currently have a student subsription if i go into my details on my account however i am still being charged £9.99 every month. I've looked back and ive been charged the normal subscription amount for nearly a year now when my accoutn details still say student and I am still currently at University. Can anyone help?

Hey @ApexEdge,

 

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you sort things out within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
