Subcription payment

I already pay the subcription but my account is still free, When I pay, a message was displayed and it says "the payment could not be performed" but the payment was charged to my card.

Same here with me except I was charged through PlayStation since I paid using my PlayStation but on all your devices it says my Spotify is free. But I didn't get a message that said that payment could not even performed.
