Subscribed, but not getting Premium?

Subscribed, but not getting Premium?

Ive had Spotify for over a year now and have always had premium. In the past week it had for some reason gone back to free. I have tried absolutely everything to get it back to premium. I went into settings on my phone and re activated premium and selected the option to automatically renew my premium subscription each month as seen in attached photo. I have phoned apple and they have confirmed that they received the payment but I still only have free Spotify. I have deleted the app and re installed, logged on and off a million times, turned my phone on and off and nothing is working. I can't find a contact number for Spotify anywhere so just need help to get premium back ASSP. I have sent an email to Spotify but don't know how long it will take for a response. I just need premium back ASAP as I am currently paying for it and still only having access to free Spotify.

Hey  @Angelajanssen,

 

Unfortunately, In-App-Purchases are disabled at the moment so you cannot purchase Spotify Premium via iTunes. You can still purchase Premium here: https://spotify.com/premium 🙂
