Subscribed promo package but not getting premium

Hi, I subscribed the promo package with the same credit card, but it seems that I paid without getting the premium account for the second account

Can someone help? Or contact the spotify management?

Unfortunately, you cannot use one payment method to pay for more than one Premium offer.
