Subscribed to Premium but it says I'm on Free

Subscribed to Premium but it says I'm on Free

My brother purchased the Spotify family subscription. Everyone signed up using his link and code without any problems apart from me.
I did exactly the same as everyone else and the process seemed to have worked but my account says I'm 'free' and not premium.

I have signed new and out several times and have tried deleting the app but it hasn't helped.

Hey @thetofus,

 

Can you please ask him to check if you've been successfully added to the Premium for Family subscription? He should be able to see the status of your invite.
