Subscription Change

Since spotify makes it SO VERY hard to find thier direct contact, how do I change my spotify membership? I clicked the 30 day free trial banner, paid 9.99, which is not free although I may have done it before. However I am a student and should only pay 4.99? How do I switch this over?

If you never get premium, you shouldn't have paid...

You should contact contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/.

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
