Subscription Overcharged for Premium Try out

While your recent offer to try Premium for three months for $0.99 was on I upgraded my account. Instead of being charged $0.99 I was charged the normal rate of $11.99 and my account said I have only subscribed for one month.  Why is this and can I get it fixed please.

so do Spotify employees ever answer people's problems. How do you ever sort out $$ problems with the company??? is there such a thing as customer service??
