I have been paying for Premium for months, and have not been able to access any of my music, and my saved music is erased after 6 hours. This is angering, and I don't like having my money being taken for a service not being provided. I have logged in and out, updated everything. Fix the problem immediately. This has been going on for a month, now, and I am preparing to cancel my subscription.

This sounds bad! Does it happen through all your programs/apps? Or does it happen for example, when you're using the app?
