I tried to subscribe to Spotify premium as a student but it wouldn't recognize me as a student to my college but I still got charged, actually got charged four times but still don't have Spotify premium. Can someone tell me why this is?

It's very likely just a pending charge if you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/
