Hi there @melvinbaires7, welcome to the Community!

Unexpected charges are not cool!

Check the troubleshooting options bellow:

If you need further assistance, just reply back here, we`ll try to figure this out for you!

You can check this FAQ - Why have I been charged twice?

If you’re a new subscriber, this can happen if you clicked START MY SPOTIFY PREMIUM twice by mistake during the signup process.

WHAT TO DO:

You don’t need to do anything. The second payment is automatically applied to your next month, and you won’t be charged again until the month after. You can check this on your subscription page.

Hi,

I have paid the premium account for my girlfriend. It was a promotion - 3 months per 4.99 euro. The promotion is expaired in the beginning of March but now Spotify still want to take from my card another 4.99 euro? What is that? I am really dissapointed...

Best,

Vladimir

Hi there @liketsa, thanks for posting!

Did you got actually charged?

  • Check your email for a confirmation email, every user receives one after payment.
  1. If you`re not charged, this might be only a reminder, that you`ll be charged the regular price for 1 month on 4.99 after the subscription for the 3 months offer ends.
  2. If you`re chargedcheck the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox. Make sure there are the details for you girlfriends account. If no, seems like you`re upgrading another account on Spotify. | Do I have an account?
  3. Also take a look at my above reply ^ for more information about unexpected charges. | Spotify HELP and FAQ`s
