Paid for premium family, suddenly spotify Free.

IVe been spotify member since 2014, i recently upgraded to spotify family since may 2016. Now i was extra Charged only once for 23,50. I dont know why? And now suddenly my spotify family had been downgraded to spotify Free. Can anyone please help me?! 

I also send an email but no responds...

i recently join spotify family on Oct 2016. suddenly my spotify family had been downgraded to spotify Free but i family is still using the primium version. Can anyone please help me?!

Hi Community,

Same Problem, Plus, some members from my family are even deleted from my Spotify family List.

And they can't get back, when they try to use the new Link i gave to them, they did not get a token to activate the Premium family Membership.
