My premium got cancelled and I want to sign back up and it just keeps telling me my card isn't processing. I called my bank and there no block on my account. So why is t it letting sign back up for premium?

I also think it's ridiculous there isn't a phone number for you to call. It would make things easier for the customers rather than putting messages on here and just waiting around for a response. I know if I don't get one soon I'll just say bye to Spotify for good and go back to pandora
