Suscribed to family option. but my husband cannot log in (which login and password should he use?)

Dear all, I suscribed last month to the family package. My husband received a link. He's supposed to enter a login (which is supposed to be an email it seems) and password, but he doesnt have one. Should he be using my own login and password? However, the login is my email address...he obviously has another email address... so we find this very confusing. He was not able until now to use Spotify, so we're paying double the price for nothing. I tried to find a contact phone or email, but I can't find anything to contact spotify. Very frustarting. Can anyone help? Thanks a lot in advance!

I think he needs to create his own Spotify account, even if it's a free one. Once his account has been created, he will be able to login with his distinct username/pw.

 

The Premium for Family support page states:

 

"To invite someone to your Premium for Family subscription, they must:

  • Reside at the same physical address as you.
  • Be a Free user, or a Premium user who purchased their Premium directly from Spotify."
