Switching from Deezer, Any way to move playlists easily?

Pretty much had it with how S**t deezer is, About time I finally make the move to Spotify. 

Only issue is, All my Deezer playlists are like, 120-150 songs long and there's a few of them. Is there an easy way to move all my songs across? Any playlist converters or anything?
