Hi there, 

 

I had a family premium subscription that I cancelled. My family member upgraded to family premium and when i clicked his invite link I got a page that said "Cannot Join Premium for Family" because I already have a Family subscription. I cancelled mine however.

 

What do I do?

Hello @jwaringcrane. Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community!

Don't worry; you'll be able to subscribe to your family members' Spotify Premium for Family when the Premium for Family subscription that was on your account runs out at the end of your billing period.

 

When this happens, simply ask your family member to re-invite you, orsave the link he already sent and try it again then. You'll be good to go. 🙂 You can find out more in the Premium for Family FAQ.
