Switching from student to individual premium?

Okay, so I recently got a new debit card. I also have graduated, so I was paying about $10 for premium. So now, all I'm trying to do is update my CARD INFORMATION, not my subscription, as I believe I'm on individual plan. But when I try to update it, it still thinks I'm on the student discount, & it says "can't verify you're a student ". I'm not, I just need to update my card info! The only other option it's giving me is the family plan. Really frustrating...

Hi @arikasingkofer!

In this case, we recommend that you cancel your subscription here and once your account reverts back to Free, you can resubscribe to Premium with your new card.

Try this and let us know how it goes.

The 3 charges of $5.26 were credited back into my bank account from when I was updating my card information, & reverted back to taking out the regular monthly charge of around $10 + tax. But, I had canceled per your advice. I really do not want to have to pay again, as it said I was going to have service until 1/29/17. I don't even think I confirmed the cancellation.. Am I still able to get this month's service without having to pay an additional month? Or if so, is there any way that can apply towards the month of Feb? Still frustrated...
