Hi good day! I am having problem with my Spotify accounts. I have 2 accounts: the one I've created using may Facebook account and the one I have recently created. I have created a new account because I can't change my cellphone number registered in my old account, thus failing to verify or activate my premuim subscription via Globe Telecom. Now, what I want to do is to sync my two accounts so that I can have my playlists back.
I would suggest getting in touch using the online contact form. If you get an automated response back, just reply directly back to the email (even if its from a no-reply account) and someone from Spotify will get in touch right away.
