This place is a joke!

I have been having issues all day trying to add a new card to my account. There hasn't been anyone from Customer Service that has contacted me, nor has anyone tried to help me with this issue. I guess I need to switch to Pandora to see if I have better luck with them. I will also be letting my friends and family know why I have switched. I have always loved my Spotify and used it in my classroom a lot. If I can't get my premium back I don't have any use for you.
