Transferral of Premium account to a different FB account

Hi guys,

I have a case that I opened a few days ago via the contact form, but I haven't had a response yet. Case number is #00439336.

Basically, I'd like to transfer my Spotify Premium membership from a different facebook account I have (but I have deactivated) to the facebook account associated with this profile. I would do this manually, but I have an NUS card discount applied to my other FB account and it won't let me transfer it.

Can you help?
