I clicked through the 60-day free trial link, created an account and entered my credit card info. But it appears that rather than getting a free trial first, I was charged for a premium account. How can I get this remedied?

I tried sending in an e-mail and got one response last week asking for more information. I responded immediately, but haven't heard anything more in several days. How quickly does Customer Service usually respond?
They normally reply to all queries within 48 hours.
Have you double checked your spam/junk folders in case it got caught up in one of them?
If you haven't heard back, post back here and I will get someone to look into this for you.

I checked and there's no response in the Spam folder. The one e-mail I received on Thursday asked me to forward the e-mail from Netflix. I didn't have that and the link I went through that I forwarded to customer service of course now shows only a 30-day free trial instead of the 60-day. But any help you can get me would be very much appreciated.

It is most likely just taking the customer services team a little longer to deal with your case. I have however escalated this to the forum staff for you so someone can have a quick look make sure your reply didn't get lost or anything.
Personally I have never heard of a 60 day trial, only a 30 day one!

Well you can see on this link that it was 60 days before (expired Nov. 1): https://www.spotify.com/us/freetrial/?referrer=netflix&utm_source=netflix_marketing
But in any case, I currently haven't gotten any free trial because I was charged right away.
