Trying to cancel premium on an account i cant log into

I have been trying to cancell my premium membership on an account that i completely forgot how to log into. Not only do i not remember the password but i cant remember which email i have associated with the account. Is there some way to contact spotify so i can give them my card number and personal info so i can stop paying for premium? thankyou

You can get in touch with Spotify through their Contact form and request for the cancellation of your subscription. They can also help you access your account again.
