Two accounts but one doesn't show up

My problem is this: I have linked my facebook account and an account I made before I got facebook with the same email address. Occassionally, when I can't log into the facebook account with this email it redirects me to the old account. I want to close this old account but I can't log into the account via spotify.com because it takes me straight to my facebook account. What can I do to close the other one?

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you merge both accounts within 24-48 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
