Two accounts registered to the same e-mail

I think this shouldn't be possible, but I think  there are two spotify accounts linked to my e-mail.

When I created my account I had some errors, and when for example I want to change my account settings, the site says that a different account is already linked to the e-mail.

How do I fix this?

Hey 🙂 

It sounds like you have accidentally created 2 accounts, one with a Spotify username and password and the other using your Facebook details. Just drop the customer services team a message using the online contact form giving your email address and they should be able to remove the extra account for you. 

If you have a Spotify username and password, you might be able to merge the accounts yourself by connecting your Spotify account to Facebook following the instructions on this post.

I can't log into the other account, also I have redeemed a code for 1 year premium, but it does't show. I tried the facebook approach to see if I could get it to work from there, but that didn't work either. Also I have contacted spotify 3 times now, but the only thing i get back are automatic e-mails. there just seem to be2 accounts with the same e-mail, one of which my premium has been assigned to and can't be accessed
