Two accounts?

I currently have two accounts one of which I pay for premium but can't find any info for such as screen name or email even. The second I have set up as free and have it attached to my correct email. How do I find or transfer my premium subscription to my good account. Or find the info for my old one?

Did you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your different email accounts. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Login with that username to the website to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.

If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

I'm not getting email receipts because I don't have the email it's attached to all I get is a paypal payment confirmation.

If tht's the case, fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify should be able to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
