Spotify team,
I am abroad in Canada but have been paying as a subscriber in the UK where I am a permanent resident.
After changing smart phone it took an hour to download spotify as google play did not list it in Canada. Had to do a manual install
Now there is a problem with my payment details.
Thing is I can't log into the site to update my details.
When I try to contact you via email I get re-directed to a "oh subcribe to our newletter and we'll let you know when Spotify is available in your country".
Ridiculous.
What I am supposed to do here?

In order to continue listening abroad after 14 days, you will need a Premium subscription.
I can see that you have successfully update your payment details. If you would like to resubscribe, visit this page and follow the instructions. Once then is done, you'll be able to continue listening whilst you're away 🙂

I am a resident in Sweden, with a UK spotify account (used to live there) but am currently in Canada and can't log in to my account to upgrade to premium and be able to use it here. I tried the links you provided, and it starts to work then redirects me to the page that says "spotify isn't available in your country." How do I get to the page that allows me to pay for premium?

@Kristen8200 -- your Spotify account is currently set to Sweden. Is it a Swedish payment card you're using? Are you able to upgrade with our website set to /se/, here?
