UNiDAYS linked account but problem..

Hey guys,

I attempted to use my UNiDAYS accouhnt to get the student discount, however for some weird reason UNiDAYS isnt letting me access my account (but this is an issue with them).

I used my friends UNiDAYS account and it turns out that since my friend already has a UNiDAYS linked Spotify account, I cannot use her account for the discount. This is no problem, however, now it appears that there is no way to remove this link between my spotify account and her UNiDAYS account.

Can someone help me with this?

Hey @tolaakin,

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24-48 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
