Unable To Create An Account / Edit Account

So I am an existing Spotify Premieum user and due to work, I had to cancel Facebook. Now I can't register my account as a Spotify account because my only existing email address already is in the system. I just don't login with Facebook anymore since my account in Facebook has been deactivated. How can I login w.o depending on Facebook? I pay monthly to use this service so I should be able to create a stand alone account anytime, no?

Please help!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you are still paying for your deactivated Facebook account you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with moving over to a new dedicated Spotify account. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to do this, so it will involve creating a new account and transfering all of your content over for you, the customer services agents will be able to give you more detail 😉 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
