Unable to Change Country

Hi, I'm in the U.S. right now but my premium subscription is set in Taiwan. I tried the way that it showed online (changing countries at payment section). Even though it shows that my country has been changed to USA, my account page still displays Taiwan. I've tried multiple times (unsuscribing premium and logging out) but my country is still set in Taiwan. I'm paying $4.99 student discount right now which it doesn't exists in Taiwan, but my country is still set in Taiwan. 

Does anybody know why? Thanks.
