Unable to Log In!

Opened up my spotify app today said user name or password incorrect for the first time ever, entered correct user name and password still no luck. Asked to be sent an email to update password nothing sent. I have a premium family account and family members can still log in. Please help so I can log back in with my proper credentials!

To start, can you let us know if you're getting any specific error messages when logging in to your account by using your username (not your full email address) and password?

Also, if after sending the reset link to your email you don't receive anything, we recommend you to reach out to us via email, Facebook or Twitter. We'll then take a closer look and see what we can suggest.
