Unable to change Country

Unable to change Country

Hi,

 

I'm trying to change my country details as per the FAQ by giving up a payment card issued in a different country, but I am unable to change my country afterwards.

It will give me an error, but no possibility to change my account's location:

Your payment method and country don't match.

To continue, change your account's location or use a different payment method.

 

If I afterwards go to my Account my country is still greyed out and unable to change.

 

How can I solve this?

I have the same issue, I live in the UAE and it doesn't yet have Spotify..I downloaded it while I was in South Africa then 14 days later I was unable to use it now I can't even upgrade to premium because of the same issue you're having. Would love to know what to do
