Unable to listen to Spotify Premium offline on my apple devices

Hey all,

I'm trying to listen to my music offline but I get an error message come up on my iPhone/iPad - "Track Unavaliable. This track is not avaliable offline. Do you want to go back online?"

What am I doing wrong? I've already  logged out, deleted and reinstalled Spotify on all my devices, as well as switching them all off and on again.

Any assistance would be greartly appreciated.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You need to sync one of more of your playlists to be offline in order to play them when you do not have a connection. You can do this by sliding the Download option to "Yes" when viewing a playlist on your mobile device. You will then need to wait for it to sync and download the tracks 😉
