Unable to log in to Spotify via my Apple Mac.

Unable to log in to Spotify via my Apple Mac.

The message is that the app is restricted to Premium users only, error code access point 22. But I am a Premium user and I used to have access using the device. I still use Spotify on my mobile and TV. I changed my password but that didn't help. How can I recover access?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I recommend logging in at https://spotify.com/account to see if the account details you're using is the one for your Premium account 🙂 If it says Premium on that page, try logging in using your username (instead of your email address).
