Unable to log into Spotify with Facebook on Mobile and Desktop

I am a premium user. Up until about 2 days ago, I was logging in and out with no problem. Now spotify doesn't recognize my facebook information. I also could not log into the website. I created this 'new account' just so I could post for some help. I've seen multiple posts about this happening and I've tried all of the suggestions listed with no help.

I also was charged multiple times for my subscription after I kept getting a 'payment failed' notice, my bank has recovered the extra payments.

Hi jgo530 - Ah, I believe you've created a couple accounts on our system. I've escalated your case so we can locate that first one and restore your playlists.

Thank you. I did have to just create this account so I could post this issue. I signed up only with my facebook account.

I am having this same issue and I don't know what to do. Everytime I try to login (with Facebook, as usual), it won't let me.

What is happening and how can I fix this?

jgo530 - You should have an email waiting in your inbox now 😉

djschum84 - Your account is healthy on our end. Have you tried changing your FB password?

You could also try logging directly into your Facebook profile. From there click the 'Music' tab on the left hand side. 

Select any Spotify track and hit the play button. This will launch the Spotify app with your account automatically signed in.
